By accessing or using Galaxy.WP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Galaxy.WP is a SaaS platform that helps users create and publish product listings to e-commerce sites. We provide AI-powered content generation, image processing, and bulk publishing tools.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining your account security
• One person may only have one account
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating these terms

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

• FREE accounts are limited to 100 posts/month when using shared API keys, or unlimited with own API keys
• Paid plans are billed according to your selected payment method (Wish Money or Cash on Delivery)
• Payments must be completed before plan activation
• No refunds for partial month usage

5. Fair Usage

• Do not use the Service for spam, fraud, or illegal activities
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• API keys must not be shared between accounts

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for content published through our Service. We do not claim ownership of your content but may remove content violating laws or these terms.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows will be announced when possible.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
